1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website of Rare Design Studio (https://raredesignstudio.space/) or engaging our studio for professional design, civil construction, project management, or industrial planning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Professional Services & Scope of Work

Rare Design Studio offers multidisciplinary architecture, engineering, and execution services, including:

• Interior Architecture & Design: 3D visualization, space planning, bespoke joinery, MEP coordination, and turnkey execution.
• Civil Construction: Substructure excavation, RCC superstructure framing, concrete casting per IS codes, and masonry execution.
• Project Management Consultancy (PMC): Third-party site supervision, contractor bill audits, CPM scheduling, and quality assurance.
• Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB): Structural steel modeling, fabrication, crane girder integration, and on-site steel erection.
• Renovation & Retrofitting: Structural health audits, load-bearing modifications, micro-concreting, and dampness eradication.
• Industrial Master Planning: Plant layouts, GPCB compliance, hazardous PESO zoning, and internal logistics circulations.

All active works are governed by a formal physical agreement or signed Bill of Quantities (BOQ), which supplements these general terms.

3. Estimates, BOQs & Pricing Validity

Initial consultations and conceptual estimates provided via the website or preliminary discussions are indicative. Official pricing is finalized through an itemized Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Given market price fluctuations for primary steel, cement, and fuel, written quotations remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue unless specified otherwise in writing.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All original 3D architectural renderings, structural calculations, technical blueprints, design concepts, and photographs showcased on this website or presented during project pitches are the intellectual property of Rare Design Studio. Unauthorized reproduction, publication, or commercial execution of our designs without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited under Indian Copyright Law.

Upon full settlement of all contractual design fees, the client receives an exclusive license to execute the design for the designated project site only.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth execution and adherence to delivery timelines, clients agree to:

• Provide unencumbered physical site access, water, and temporary electrical connections as specified in the work order.
• Furnish accurate property boundary surveys, title deeds, and existing municipal architectural plans.
• Review and approve 3D renders, material sample selections, and milestone payment applications in a timely manner.

6. Quality Standards, Building Codes & Warranties

We execute all civil and structural works in strict accordance with the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), including IS 456:2000 for Plain and Reinforced Concrete, IS 1893:2016 for Earthquake Resistance, and IS 800:2007 for Steel Structures.

Where specified in turnkey execution contracts, we provide a 10-Year Written Structural Warranty on retrofitted structural elements and a 5-Year Leak-Proof Warranty on crystalline waterproofing systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rare Design Studio shall not be liable for project delays caused by Force Majeure events, unseasonal severe weather, municipal regulatory changes, natural disasters, or delayed statutory clearances from local authorities (AMC, AUDA, GPCB, or DISH) outside of our direct control.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes arising between Rare Design Studio and clients shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
